Longborough Festival Opera
We are the retained agency for Longborough Festival Opera, working alongside the marketing team to deliver campaigns that support the festival's artistic programme.
Longborough has a reputation for pushing boundaries. In 2019, the festival took on the biggest challenge in opera: staging Wagner's Ring cycle. We were tasked with creating a narrative that celebrated the festival's history, while also looking to its future under new Artistic Director Polly Graham.
Our media campaign integrated traditional and digital channels to drive awareness of the festival's brand and its latest artistic undertaking. We secured coverage in outlets like BBC Radio 4 Open Country, BBC Music Magazine, Classic FM, BBC Radio 4 Front Row, BBC Radio 3 In Tune and Music Matters, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Times.
As the festival approahces the culmination of its Ring cycle in 2024, we continue to work with the media to ensure the narrative of this extraordinary journey resonates powerfully in the public sphere.
